This class is a great workout for dancers of all levels and all styles. Work up a sweat to fun music as Ashley starts with the basics and works up to turns, kicks and leaps. If you're an adult who hasn't done ballet before, this is the perfect class as she will guide you through step by step. You'll not want to miss this one!
Attire: workout clothes or tights or leotard
Footwear: ballet shoes, socks, or bare feet. (floor is marley)
Level: beginners to advanced dancers will benefit
