In this 45-minute class, the focus shifts from passive stretching to active range of motion. Vanessa guides you through fluid sequences that open up tight areas—specifically the hips, shoulders, and spine—while simultaneously building the stability needed to support those joints. It is the perfect reset for your nervous system and an essential practice for anyone looking to improve their posture and prevent injury.
