This class will teach you the fundamental steps and positions for Ballet plus so much more!

This adult Ballet class is great for any level of dancer, and is perfect for anyone trying to increase their flexibility and tone their frame.

Your instructor will walk you through stretches and strengthening excersies. Conintuing on to teach you dance walks, turns, and really help you with attaining balance.

For dancers needing a challanege she will help guide you through advanced turns, kicks, and leaps!

Nervous about trying Ballet for the first time? Don't be! This class will make it easy.

Plus your legs and posture will thank you!
