Halftime Fit with Sami is an explosive dance-fitness class inspired by the high-stepping, hard-hitting style of HBCU dance lines and halftime show performances. This isn't just a workout; it's a performance experience designed to build stamina, attitude, and serious lower-body power.
In this 45-minute session, Sami combines the athleticism of aerobics with the flair of Majorette-style dance. You’ll be moving non-stop to high-energy mixes, focusing on sharp lines, high knees, and the kind of "stadium status" projection that reaches the back row of the bleachers.
What you can expect in class:

Cardio Endurance: Be ready to sweat. The continuous movement, struts, and prancing are designed to keep your heart rate up and burn calories.

Majorette Fundamentals: Learn the basics of the style, including "stands" (short rhythmic sequences in place), struts, and "bucking" (dynamic core and hip movement).

Lower Body Strength: This style is leg and glute intensive! Expect plenty of squats, lunges, and high-impact steps that tone and sculpt.

Unapologetic Confidence: This class is about taking up space. Sami encourages you to dance with sass, fire, and boldness.
This class is open to all fitness levels. Modifications are available, but be prepared for a high-impact, high-energy session.
