Whether you love the classic Broadway style or sharp, modern pop choreography, this class is the perfect way to let loose on a Thursday evening.
Jazz dance is a fantastic way to boost your physical stamina, improve your flexibility, and sharpen your mental coordination. In this 6:45 PM session, Liz creates a fun, no-judgment zone where you can focus on expressing yourself, hitting the accents in the music, and dancing with total confidence.
What you can expect in class:

Isolations & Control: A physical "level up" where you learn how to move your head, shoulders, ribcage, and hips independently to create that signature sharp jazz look.

Dynamic Center Work: Build a strong foundation with classic jazz technique, including kicks, leaps, and rhythmic footwork.

Turns & Balance: Learn the mechanics of spotting and core control to help you execute clean, balanced pirouettes and jazz turns.

Fun Choreography: Exercise your brain! Liz will teach short, incredibly fun combinations that will have you dancing across the floor and feeling like a star.
Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing and jazz shoes (or socks/bare feet if you don't have them yet). All levels are welcome to come bring the sass and leave it all on the floor!
