We've taken all the incredible physical and mental benefits of a traditional ballet class—like core strength, balance, and beautiful posture—and wrapped them up in a fun, relaxed environment.
Whether you danced as a kid or have never touched a barre in your life, this class perfectly aligns with our "Level Up" theme. It is designed to help you elevate your body control, build elegant strength, and find joy in movement without the strict atmosphere of a classical conservatory. Wear what makes you comfortable, bring a positive attitude, and get ready to have fun at the barre!
What you can expect in class:

The Basics, Broken Down: Shianne covers the fundamental positions, introductory barre work, and simple center-floor exercises at a highly approachable pace.
