Certified Expertise: Kristen is certified in the DVIDA Bronze-Gold syllabus, a mark of her commitment to excellence in dance education.

Versatile Dancer: Kristen's training spans American Rhythm, Smooth, and International Latin, making her a versatile dance instructor. She has also excelled in Salsa and Bachata Sensual.

Beyond the Dance Floor:

Kristen's athletic journey began as a gymnast at the age of 3, competing nationally and at the junior Olympic level. She received a full scholarship to Florida State College for Theater and Dance, where her love for dance flourished. Kristen even became a Teaching Assistant for both Ballroom and Stage Movement classes.

After college, Kristen made her mark in the entertainment world, working as an acrobat and stuntwoman at Disney and Universal Studios. She was also part of the opening cast of the Marvel Universe Live touring stunt show. Her talents extend to tumbling, stilt walking, repelling, high falls, weaponry, and even telling jokes.
