Start your week with intention and power. Align & Define is a specialized 45-minute conditioning class designed to build the long, lean muscles of a dancer while correcting the postural habits of daily life. Led by Shianne, this class bridges the gap between technical dance training and functional fitness.

The "Align" portion of the class focuses on centering the body. You will work on engaging deep stabilizer muscles, improving your balance, and correcting alignment to prevent injury. Shianne uses her technical expertise to ensure you are moving safely and effectively, helping you stand taller and move with greater ease both inside and outside the studio.

The "Define" portion is where the burn comes in. Through a series of low-impact, high-repetition exercises (inspired by Pilates, Barre, and floor barre), you will sculpt and tone your arms, abs, glutes, and legs. This is not about bulk; it is about creating definition and strength that supports your dancing. Whether you are a seasoned dancer looking to improve your extensions or a fitness enthusiast wanting a challenging core workout, this Monday evening session is the perfect way to reset your body for the week ahead.
